Preparation
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat, aiming for about 400°F (200°C).
- Combine steak cubes and shrimp in separate bowls, tossing with olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Allow to marinate for about 15 minutes.
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes. Prepare to assemble the skewers.
- Thread steak and shrimp alternately onto the skewers, leaving space between pieces.
- Place skewers on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until shrimp are pink and steak is charred.
- Let skewers rest for 2-3 minutes, then drizzle with chimichurri sauce before serving.
