Ingredients
  

For the Skewers
  • 1 pound Sirloin or Ribeye Steak Choose for a juicy experience.
  • 1 pound Large Shrimp Peeled and deveined.
For the Marinade
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil Avocado oil is a great alternative.
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice Or substitute with lime juice.
  • to taste Salt Always add to taste.
  • to taste Pepper Always add to taste.
For the Chimichurri Sauce
  • 1 cup Fresh Parsley Chopped.
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes Adjust according to spice preference.
  • 2 tablespoons Vinegar Red wine or apple cider vinegar.
For Assembly
  • 8 Skewers Metal or soaked wooden skewers.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat, aiming for about 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine steak cubes and shrimp in separate bowls, tossing with olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Allow to marinate for about 15 minutes.
  3. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes. Prepare to assemble the skewers.
  4. Thread steak and shrimp alternately onto the skewers, leaving space between pieces.
  5. Place skewers on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until shrimp are pink and steak is charred.
  6. Let skewers rest for 2-3 minutes, then drizzle with chimichurri sauce before serving.

Notes
